Sign in to aDolus FACT

Once you have activated your account, you can sign in to the FACT web portal from the sign-in page. You may want to bookmark this page for easy access. You sign in with the email address used by your organization to create your account.

1. Open a browser window and navigate to https://fact.adolus.com.
   The FACT sign in page displays.
2. Sign in with the email address and password you used to activate your account.
   
   

    Important

   Your username (email address) is case sensitive. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears in the verification/activation email that you received from aDolus.

   If you can’t remember your password, you can request help on the sign-in page. See Reset your forgotten password.

3. Click Sign in.
   A window may appear prompting you to enter an authentication code. The required code will be sent to the device you set up for multi-factor authentication when you set up your aDolus FACT account. An authentication code is required the first time you sign in and any time unusual activity, such as sign-in attempts from new locations and devices, is detected.
4. Enter the authentication code and click Sign in.
