Change the organization preferences

As an administrator, you can control how the organization’s name is displayed wherever it appears in FACT (header, dashboard, Organization page). You can also manage the company’s preferences, such as the policy to apply when files are uploaded. This enables you to match FACT functionality to your company’s disclosure policy.

  1. In the sidebar, select Settings > Organization Settings to display your organization’s profile.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Change the settings as necessary:
    • In the Organization Details box, edit the organization name and click Save.
    • In the Upload Policy box, change the setting as desired and click Save.
    • In the Third-Party File Sharing Policy box, change the setting as desired and click Save.
  4. Select any page in the sidebar to exit the Organization Settings page.
