Once submitted to the aDolus system, your files are retained in the system for audit and historical purposes; they cannot be removed, even if they were submitted accidentally. As your product count increases, you may want to clean up your reports. Deleting product files allows you to move old, unused, or mistakenly submitted product files from the product file list, making the reports you use daily more manageable.
You can delete a single product file or multiple product files at once. See Bulk edit product files for details.
- Expand the Vendor Tools menu and select Product Files.
- Locate the product file you want to delete.
Use the filter and search features to display a set of files with specific attributes or help locate a particular file. See Filter and search for files for full instructions on using these features.
- Click the More Actions button on the far right of the row and select Delete.
The selected product file now appears in the Deleted report. In the All report, product files that have been deleted display the symbol to the right of the score.
