Mark a product file as private

Manage your product files to indicate which should be kept private. Product files marked as private will not be included on the Files page when end users view your company's product listing. Making a product file private can affect its score.

You can mark a single product file as private or multiple product files at once. See Bulk edit product files for details.

1. In the sidebar, select Files > Product Files.
2. Locate the product file you want to make private.
   
   

    Search Tip

   Use the filter and search features to display a set of files with specific attributes or help locate a particular file. See Filter and search for files for full instructions on using these features.

3. Click the More Actions button on the far right of the row and select Make Private.
   In the All report, product files marked as private display the symbol to the right of the score.
   
   

    Oops?

   Did you accidentally mark the wrong product file as private? If so, you can easily correct your mistake. Locate the product file and select More Actions > Make Available.
