Edit the product release date

The public release date associated with a submitted product file is assigned by the aDolus system at the time of submission. The date is based on information in the product file details and is intended to indicate the public release date of the product. It is up to the vendor to review this date and change it as necessary.

Product files discovered by aDolus and associated with your organization will not have a release date.

1. Expand the Vendor Tools menu and select Product Files.
2. Choose how you want the product files displayed: Group By Product or List All Files.
3. Locate the file whose release date you want to set or edit.

4. Click anywhere in the date field of the Public Release column to open the calendar and then select the appropriate date.
A check mark symbol appears briefly to the left of the row to indicate the product file details have been updated.
