While you can reset your own password anytime, it may be necessary at some point for an administrator to reset your password. When this happens, you’ll receive a notification by text message to the phone number you provided when you set up your multi-factor authentication. This message lets you know that your password has been reset and contains a temporary password so that you can create a new password for your account.
You have only 1 hour to complete the password change before the temporary password expires.
