What happens to my account if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, the file data associated with your account, along with the basic user profile and credit card details provided when you set up the account, will be retained in the FACT database. All information will be available to you if you choose to subscribe again with the same email address. You need to make a direct inquiry to aDolus (support@adolus.com) to have data associated with your account removed from the database.
