Update your payment details

You can update the payment details on file for your organization or personal FACT account at any time. It's important to keep this information current to ensure there is no lapse in your support or access due to a failed payment.

  1. In the sidebar, select Settings > Organization Settings to display your organization’s profile.
  2. Click the Pricing Plan tab.
    The Payment box displays the current payment details on file for this organization.
  3. Click Change.
  4. Enter your credit card information in the fields provided. All fields are required.
    Make sure to enter your name as it appears on your credit card. You must provide the postal or zip code for the address associated with that card. 
  5. Click Save.
    The Payment box displays the updated credit card information.
  6. Select any page in the sidebar to exit the Organization Settings page.
